Marijana Bačić

Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer Business (COO Business)

Marijana Bačić was born in 1976 in Šibenik. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Zagreb and obtained a Master of Science degree in Finance.

She started her professional career in 2001 in Hrvatski Telekom in the Data and IP Services Department, continuing her career in the Controlling and Planning Department before becoming a Key Account Manager for corporate customers. Marijana was promoted to the position of Director of the Corporate Sales Department, and then the whole Corporate Sales Sector. Since 2020 she held the role of Vice President for Corporate Customers and ICT. She is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Combis d.o.o.

During her twenty-year career at Hrvatski Telekom, she achieved numerous successes and impressive results. Marijana possesses in-depth knowledge of HT, telecommunications and the ICT industry. In addition to a significant role in developing Hrvatski Telekom’s innovative products and solutions that improved the business of companies of all sizes, she took part in creating and implementing ICT business synergy within the HT Group.

The Supervisory Board of HT appointed Marijana Bačić as a Management Board member and Chief Operating Officer Business (COO Business) as of September 1, 2022.
