Among other things, we have implemented and are already applying the so-called PSA process to ensure the "privacy by design" and "security by design" approach, which means that all relevant data protection and IT/NT security requirements are integrated into HT products and services from the very beginning .
This goes along with regular mandatory education of our employees, as well as with the engagement of partners with whom we contractually agree on adequate protection measures in line with HT standards (please compare the list of Certificates held by us).
Furthermore, we have set up separate organizational units which deal with protection of personal data and we conduct regular internal checks as to how our operations are in compliance with laws and corporate rules aiming to achieve the best possible data privacy. We regard data privacy and data security as our special responsibility, which we are aware of every time when we provide a service to our customers, and we want to set new and higher standards in this area.
