Meet our colleague Željka, IT Project Manager who leads digital transformation projects.

What I do
I am managing various exciting projects. I’m responsible that everything works – from A to Z. Coordination of project requirements and delivery activities, connecting the right people with each other, setting priorities and timelines … all of this happens in a typical working day. Right now, we are working on the implementation of a new mobile self-care application for our customers.

What I strive for
#IWILLNOTSTOP means to me that I will always give my best to reach our goals. We give customers our word and we always deliver. Always. When we do this, we can accomplish higher goals and think more long-term: I want to make the latest technology accessible to everyone in Croatia. When we enable them to use this technology we improve their everyday lives. Right here in Croatia and as soon as possible. That’s what motivates me.

Who we need
We are looking for people who want to join us in our vision, who share our passion and work with heart. Besides your technical background you need to have a good understanding of Project Management. Of scope of work, solutions and challenges the IT team is facing.
