The share capital of Hrvatski Telekom d.d. amounts to HRK 9,822,853,500.00 and it is divided into 81,888,535 shares without nominal value.

Deutsche Telekom Europe B.V. is 100% owned by Deutsche Telekom Europe Holding B.V. whose 100% owner is Deutsche Telekom Europe Holding GmbH (former name was T-Mobile Global Holding Nr.2 GmbH). Deutsche Telekom Europe Holding GmbH is 100% owned by Deutsche Telekom AG.
The Croatian War Veterans’ Fund owns 6,7% with Restructuring and Sale Center/Republic of Croatia hold 2.9%. Institutional and private investors own the remaining 39.4%. (Raiffeisen obvezni mirovinski fondovi (Raiffeisen Mandatory Pension Funds) is the investor with the largest shareholding among the private and institutional investors. As at 31 December 2016 Raiffeisen obvezni mirovinski fondovi had 8.9% shares of HT.)
