Treasury Share Buyback Programme - Notification on acquisition of shares

Pursuant to Article 474 of the Capital Market Act, Croatian Telecom Inc. (“HT Inc.” or “the Company”) hereby notifies that in line with the Treasury Share Buyback Program as of 28 April 2021, that the Company made the following acquisition of Company shares at the Zagreb Stock Exchange:

• On 10 September 2025, 542 shares, identification code HT, representing 0.000695% of the Company’s issued share capital.
• On 11 September 2025, 633 shares, identification code HT, representing 0.000812% of the Company’s issued share capital.
