Treasury Share Buyback Programme - Notification on acquisition of shares
Pursuant to Article 474 of the Capital Market Act, Croatian Telecom Inc. (“HT Inc.” or “the Company”) hereby notifies that in line with the Treasury Share Buyback Program as of 28 April 2021, that the Company made the following acquisition of Company shares at the Zagreb Stock Exchange:
- On 5 September 2025, 817 shares, identification code HT, representing 0.001047% of the Company’s issued share capital.
Following this acquisition, HT Inc. holds in total 1,534,569 treasury shares, representing 1.967396% of the Company’s issued share capital. Share capital amounts to EUR 1,340,772,262 and is divided into 78,000,000 shares without nominal value.
