Notification of transactions of person discharging managerial responsibilities

Pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the European Council and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/522, and in line with Article 120 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Croatian Telcom Inc. (“HT Inc.” or “the Company”) hereby notifies that the Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer - Human Resources and Customer Operations (COO) of HT Inc., Mr. Ivan Bartulović, made the following release of HT Inc. shares at the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange:

• On 13 May 2026, 2,177 shares, identification code HT, were released at a weighted average price of EUR 6 per share, representing 0.002844 % of the Company’s issued share capital.

Following this release Mr. Ivan Bartulović holds in total 726 HT Inc. shares, representing 0.000948 % of the Company’s issued share capital.

Enclosed to this Notification is the Template for the Notifications on the transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, and for the disclosure of those transactions, in accordance with the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/523.
