Notification of transactions of person discharging managerial responsibilities

Pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the European Council and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/522, and in line with Article 120 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Croatian Telcom Inc. (“HT Inc.” or “the Company”) hereby notifies that the Director of Customer Support Sector of HT Inc., Mrs. Sanja Milinović, acquired HT Inc. shares outside the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange, based on the Gift Agreement, as follows:

• On 6 June 2025, 135 shares, identification code HT, were acquired, representing 0.000173% of the Company’s issued share capital.

Following this acquisition, Mrs. Sanja Milinović holds in total 190 HT Inc. shares, representing 0.000244% of the Company’s issued share capital.

Enclosed to this Notification is the Template for the Notifications on the transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, and for the disclosure of those transactions, in accordance with the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/523.
