Hrvatski Telekom d.d. (“HT d.d.” or “the Company”) hereby notifies that on 20 March 2012, Mr. Mate Karlić, Director of Finance Systems and Procedures Department of HT d.d., disposed of 699 ordinary shares at a price of HRK 215.00, representing 0.0008535% of the Company’s issued share capital.
After this disposition, Mr. Mate Karlić holds 200 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.0002442% of the Company’s issued share capital and the same percentage of votes at the General Assembly of the Company.
