Hrvatski Telekom d.d. (“HT d.d.” or “the Company”) hereby notifies that on 12 June 2013, Mr. Ante Smolčić of Zagreb, an insider, Chairman of Croatian Telecom Workers Union, informed the Company of disposition of shares in the Company.
On 10 June 2013, Mr. Smolčić disposed of 150 ordinary shares at an average price of HRK 204.99 per share, representing 0.0001832% of the Company’s issued share capital. Following this disposition, Mr. Smolčić holds in the Company 450 ordinary shares in total representing 0.0005495% of the Company’s issued share capital and the same number of votes at the General Assembly of the Company.
