Hrvatski Telekom d.d. (“HT d.d.” or “the Company”) hereby notifies that on 26 February 2013, Mr. Juko Cikojević of Zagreb, an insider, Member of the Supervisory Board of HT d.d., informed the Company of disposition of shares in the Company.
On 25 February 2013, Mr. Cikojević disposed of 263 ordinary shares at an average price of HRK 214.0325 per share, representing 0.0003212% of the Company’s issued share capital. Following this disposition, Mr. Cikojević does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company.
