Hrvatski Telekom d.d. (“HT d.d.” or “the Company”) hereby notifies on the disposal of shares as follows:
On 28 January 2013, Mr. Ivica Mišetić, Ph.D., of Zagreb, insider, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of HT d.d., disposed of 63 ordinary shares at a price of HRK 218.57, representing 0.0000769% of the Company’s issued share capital. After this disposition, Mr. Mišetić, Ph.D., does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company.
On 28 January 2013, Mr. Ivan Mišetić from Zagreb, connected person, son of Mr. Ivica Mišetić, Ph.D., of Zagreb, insider, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of HT d.d., disposed of 63 ordinary shares at a price of HRK 218.57, representing 0.0000769% of the Company’s issued share capital. After this disposition, Mr. Mišetić does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company.
On 28 January 2013, Ms. Ariana Bazala-Mišetić from Zagreb, connected person, wife of Mr. Ivica Mišetić, Ph.D., of Zagreb, insider, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of HT d.d., disposed of 63 ordinary shares at a price of HRK 218.64, representing 0.0000769% of the Company’s issued share capital. On 30 January 2013, Ms. Bazala-Mišetić also disposed of 135 ordinary shares at a price of HRK 218.76, representing 0.0001648% of the Company’s issued share capital. After these dispositions, Ms. Bazala-Mišetić does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company.
