Hrvatski Telekom d.d. (“HT d.d.” or “the Company”) hereby notifies that on 17 October 2014, Mr. Davor Tomašković of Zagreb, President of the Management Board (CEO) of HT d.d., informed the Company of acquisition of shares in the Company.
On 17 October 2014, Mr. Tomašković acquired 1,000 shares, ZSE trading symbol HT-R-A, at an average price of HRK 157.00 per share, representing 0.001221% of the Company’s issued share capital. Following this acquisition, Mr. Tomašković holds in the Company 1,069 shares in total representing 0.001305% of the Company’s issued share capital and the same number of votes at the General Assembly.
