Notification of transactions of person discharging managerial responsibilities

Pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the European Council and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/522, and in line with Article 120 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Croatian Telcom Inc. (“HT Inc.” or “the Company”) hereby notifies on the acquisition of Company shares by persons discharging managerial responsibilities. Within the Company`s Share Award Plan (PDD) for the managers, on 29 April 2026 HT Inc. transferred 2,266 Company`s shares outside the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) to managers included in the continuing insider list, in the value of EUR 39.06 per share, as follows:

1. Director of Business Sales Sector of HT Inc., Mr. Goran Brnjac, acquired 218 shares, identification code HT, representing 0.000285% of the Company’s issued share capital.
   Following this acquisition Mr. Goran Brnjac holds in total 1,143 HT Inc. shares, representing 0.001493% of the Company’s issued share capital.
2. Director of Treasury and Accounting Sector of HT Inc., Mr. Karlo Došen, acquired 239 shares, identification code HT, representing 0.000312% of the Company’s issued share capital.
   Following this acquisition Mr. Karlo Došen holds in total 1,377 HT Inc. shares, representing 0.001799% of the Company’s issued share capital.
3. Director of Customer Technical Services Sector of HT Inc., Mrs. Maša Kondža, acquired 176 shares, identification code HT, representing 0.000230% of the Company’s issued share capital.
   Following this acquisition Mrs. Maša Kondža holds in total 575 HT Inc. shares, representing 0.000751% of the Company’s issued share capital.
