Croatian Telecom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HT CZ), Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, notifies that the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Ivica Mišetić, Ph.D., submitted his resignation to the membership in the Supervisory Board, with effect as of 31 December 2026.
Mr. Ivica Mišetić, Ph.D., has been Supervisory Board Member since 2008. The President of the Management Board, Mrs. Nataša Rapaić and the Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, Mrs. Elvira González Sevilla, on behalf of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board thanked Mr. Mišetić, Ph.D., for his commitment, longstanding professional cooperation and constructive contribution to the work of the Supervisory Board during his (18-year-long) term of office.
Pursuant to the Company’s Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board consists of nine members. Eight members are elected by the General Assembly and one is appointed by the Company’s employees.
