As of 1 January 2026, Boris Drilo will leave Croatian Telecom, and Ognjen Vukoslavović will assume the position of Management Board Member for Technology and Information Technology (CTIO)
Croatian Telecom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HT CZ), Croatia’s leading telecommunications service provider, announces decisions regarding changes in the Management Board following today’s Supervisory Board meeting.
As of 1 January 2026, Boris Drilo will be stepping down from his position as Management Board Member for Technology and Information Technology (CTIO) at Croatian Telecom and will continue his career within the Deutsche Telekom Group. Boris Drilo will be responsible for successful setup, execution and delivery of complex technology transformation programs within Deutsche Telekom’s business segments in Germany and Europe. In addition, and as a member of the Deutsche Telekom Europe (DT EU) leadership team, he will carry out activities related to the technology segment. Ognjen Vukoslavović will succeed him as CTIO at Croatian Telecom effective 1 January 2026.
Since January 2017, Boris Drilo has served as Management Board Member and Chief Technology and Information Technology Officer (CTIO) at Croatian Telecom, and was responsible for the development, implementation, and operation of the company’s technological platforms, including mobile and fixed networks, as well as IT and business systems.
Ognjen Vukoslavović has been appointed as the new Management Board Member and Chief Technology and Information Technology Officer (CTIO) of Croatian Telecom, and he will be assuming the role on 1 January 2026.
Over the past year, Ognjen Vukoslavović has served as Director of the Field Services, Operations, and Rollout at Croatian Telecom. Previously, he was a Management Board Member/Director of HT Services, a former daughter company of Croatian Telecom that, prior to its integration into the HT Group, was responsible for the planning and construction of fixed and mobile networks, maintenance of electronic communications infrastructure, network monitoring, and field maintenance of HT’s active access and passive networks. Ognjen Vukoslavović began his career at Croatian Telecom in 2018 as Director of Technical Services.

As of 1 January 2026, the Management Board of Croatian Telecom will consist of: Nataša Rapaić, President of the Management Board, Marijana Bačić, Management Board Member for Business Customers, Ivan Bartulović, Management Board Member for Human Resources and Customer Operations, Siniša Đuranović, Management Board Member for Corporate Affairs, Matija Kovačević, Management Board Member for Finance, Krešimir Madunović, Management Board Member for Private Customers and Ognjen Vukoslavović, Management Board Member for Technology and Information Technology.
