Croatian Telecom Inc. is examining a carve-out of its passive mobile infrastructure assets into a wholly owned subsidiary.
Our goal is to determine whether establishing a dedicated subsidiary focused on infrastructure management would enhance operational efficiency of HT Group operations while providing strategic flexibility.
The decision will depend on the results of the analysis, followed by corporate approvals, and it is not expected that the transfer of assets to the subsidiary would have a material impact on the Group's consolidated financial results.
