The Workers’ Council appointed the Workers’ Representative in the Supervisory Board for another term of office

Croatian Telecom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HT CZ), Croatia's leading telecommunications provider, announces that on 22 November 2023 the Workers’ Council of HT Inc. passed the decision on appointment of Mrs. Vesna Mamić as the Workers’ Representative in the Supervisory Board for another term of office, with commencement as of 1 January 2024.

Mrs. Vesna Mamić was first appointed as the Workers’ Representative in the Supervisory Board of HT on 1 January 2016 and her current term of office expires on 31 December 2023. Mrs. Mamić is also performing the duty of President of the Croatian Telecommunications Union, the biggest union in HT.

In line with the recommendation from the Corporate Governance Code of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Inc., listed is the information on attendance of Mrs. Mamić at the Supervisory Board sessions, during her current term of office, up until the date of this notification.
