Notice of Management Board and Supervisory Board session and notice of results for the first nine months of 2020; Invitation to conference call for analysts and investors
Croatian Telecom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HT CZ), Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, in accordance with Article 133 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, notifies that on Tuesday, 20 October 2020, a session of the Management Board will be held, in order to consider the unaudited financial statements for the first nine months of 2020, which will then be forwarded to the Supervisory Board, for the session scheduled for Wednesday, 28 October 2020.
Croatian Telecom will announce its unaudited results for the first nine months of 2020, together with the unaudited financial statements, on Thursday, 29 October 2020 at 08:00 UK time / 09:00 CET.
A conference call for analysts and investors will be held at 11:00 UK time / 12:00 CET on the same day.
