Hrvatski Telekom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HTRA CZ), Croatia's leading telecommunications provider, announces that at its today’s session, the Supervisory Board of Hrvatski Telekom has appointed Marija Felkel Member of the Management Board and Chief Human Resources Officer, for a period of three years, with effect from 18 January 2016.
Marija Felkel graduated from University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law, in 1998. She began her professional life at the Ministry of the Interior, in the area of police officer employment relations and, from 2004 on, continued her career at Siemens Group, holding managerial positions in human resources management.
Davor Tomašković, President of the Management Board and CEO, said:
“I am delighted to welcome Marija’s appointment to the Management Board, particularly because she is a manager who brings along a great deal of experience in the human resources area, of which more than ten years in an international corporation. Marija has held all managerial positions, from Personnel Administration Manager to Director of Human Resources, and has gained experience in the participation and steering of a broad range of projects within human resources.”
As already announced, on 16 December 2015, Mr. Mark Stehle will be joining the Supervisory Board. He was appointed Member of the Supervisory Board at this year’s General Assembly held on 29 April 2015, and will replace dr. Ralph Rentschler, whose term of office will end on 15 December 2015.
