The fourth joint conference of the Zagreb Stock Exchange and investment fund industry entitled "Challenge of Change" was held from 21 to 24 October in Rovinj, gathering 350 participants from all branches of the financial industry from Croatia and all over the world, who tried to gain an insight into what exactly the new horizons of the future economic landscape were.
As in the past six years, within the scope of the conference (22 October), business daily Poslovni dnevnik, in cooperation with the Zagreb Stock Exchange, presented their awards to national companies that achieved best investor relations this year. Eligible candidates were companies whose shares are constituents of the CROBEX index and those listed on the ZSE Official Market; the prize winners were determined on the basis of statistical criteria related to compliance of the issuers with the Exchange Rules and on the basis of a survey conducted among capital market participants.
While accepting the award for the sixth year in a row, Kai-Ulrich Deissner, Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer, pointed out that HT is putting a great deal of effort into maintaining its leadership position and generating the best possible financial results, as well as into transparent communication with investors, and then announced the forthcoming “Capital Markets Day” – an event organised by HT on a regular basis for the Croatian and Regional investment community.
Hrvatski Telekom was awarded second prize. The top position went to Valamar Riviera Company, and the third ranking company was Atlantic Group.
