Hrvatski Telekom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HTRA CZ), Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, announces that as of 1 May Irena Jolić Šimović ceases to perform the duty of the CHRO of HT and will continue her career outside of the company.

Irena Jolić Šimović has been part of HT's management team from 1999 and she has been performing the duty of the CHRO after having performed the duty of the Board Member and the COO Business as well as the duty of the Chief Operating Officer Fixed and Broadband (COO T-Com).
The company will timely announce the decision of the Supervisory Board on the performance of CHRO duties, which is expected until the end of April.
