More than 2000 children of Hrvatski Telekom employees gathered today in company offices throughout Croatia. In line with the business philosophy that nurtures overall employee satisfaction, for which the key is the work-life balance, Hrvatski Telekom has organized 'Day with Mom and Dad at Work' for the employees and their little ones.
Work Friday was a bit more relaxed in the four Croatian cities of Zagreb, Rijeka, Split and Osijek for HT employees because the company prepared a rich entertainment program for children under the age of 12.
Popular Youtube gaming Star Bloodmaster arrived in Zagreb's office to spend time with the children, and kids also had fun with the Pepper, the humanoid robot in the “Game Zone”. Luka Bulić, a comedian and a radio anchor, MC of a good atmosphere, and the kids tried out the VR goggles, Playstation and Xbox gaming consoles and other modern technology. Foosball, creative workshops, making masks for mobile phones, touchscreen memory and other content thrilled the youngest. There was no lack of entertainment in Rijeka, Split and Osijek could also attend many creative workshops, face painting and foosball.

"'Day with Mom and Dad at Work' has become the tradition of Hrvatski Telekom and is certainly one of the most entertaining days of the year in our company. This year again, we have organized different content for our little kids who were delighted with them. We wanted to show them how the latest technology works and encourage them to get creative. We had a great time together”, said Marija Felkel, CHRO Hrvatski Telekom.
Hrvatski Telekom has various programs meant for parents. In addition to "Day with Mom and Dad at Work"all employees, parents of first graders, had a day off on the first day of school on September 2 to ensure their children would get the most carefree transition to a new period of life. Also, through Zaklada PrijaTelj (Foundation Friend), HT supports parents and children who are in difficult situations due to different life challenges.
