From today, Hrvatski Telekom offers the service instrukcije.tv which will help students, via video tutoring on MAXtv, to learn elementary and secondary school math. With instrukcije.tv students will have the possibility to learn math, from elementary school's fifth grade to secondary school's fourth grade, regardless of whether they were absent from school, just want to practice or acquire additional math knowledge in order to prepare for competitions, secondary school or faculty enrollment etc. The tutoring content was created and it is presented by math teachers, the elementary school program being headed by the most favorite online teacher - Toni Milun, a pioneer in sharing knowledge via new media in Croatia, and Prof.D.Sc. Zvonimir Šikić, a renowned author of math textbooks who presents teaching materials for secondary school.
Instrukcije.tv consists of the basic video lessons and the additional video lessons.
In the basic video lessons the teachers explain every lesson. The lessons are available to everyone, without any fee, in MAXtv Video Store and on the web pages instrukcije.tv and tonimilun.com, the latter being enriched in this way with elementary school lessons.
The additional video lessons offer a variety of amusing examples of how to do math exercises for each lesson. With the additional video lessons every student can practice and learn how to solve simple or more complex math problems for every grade.
The service Instrukcije.tv – with explanations and exercises, is currently available only to MAXtv users in MAXtv Video Store, namely:
- Individual additional video lessons at the price of HRK 15;
- Monthly package of additional video lessons which covers units and consists of several videos (e.g. Geometry) at the price of HRK 29;
- Annual subscription fee for every grade, which covers the whole curriculum and consists of all additional video lessons for respective grade, at the price of HRK 199;
- If a user has several students in the family and needs additional annual subscription, every subsequent student can purchase the lessons at the discounted price of HRK 139.
All prices include VAT and there is also the possibility of monthly installment payment. Every video lesson lasts from 50 to 60 minutes and can be repeated an indefinite number of times. All video lessons are based on and will be released according to the curriculum.
