HT presents Cloud Call Center at the Combis Conference

Hrvatski Telekom presented at the Conference its new Cloud Call Center service and in this way additionally expanded its cloud service offer for business customers. It is a unique service on the market which makes it possible for customers to establish a high quality call center within a short period of time and without any initial costs. Unlike standard call centers, Cloud Call Center ensures simplicity and flexibility, as well as significant savings and efficiency in communication. The service can be accessed from any location, device or network, and call center size can be easily adjusted to customer's actual needs. Cloud Call Center facilitates management of a large number of simultaneous outgoing and incoming calls or campaigns via different communication channels: voice, SMS, e-mail, fax and chat.
In addition to quality and report management control, Cloud Call Center also provides the possibility to measure agent performance and track results. Service users can administrate agent settings by themselves, and license packages positioned above agent and supervisor packages can be configured independently.

There is no contract obligation and customers can use the service within a 30-day promotional period free of charge. The Cloud Call Center service can be tried free of charge and purchased via ICT Marketplace.

Apart from presenting the Cloud Call Center service, HT presented to the Conference participants successful examples of using HT's cloud services in practice, as well as the advantages of ICT Marketplace - a web shop for business applications, services and infrastructure repair services, intended for all business customers – from small crafts to large companies. Mr. Matija Martinović explained how to efficiently manage application costs via ICT Marketplace and to provide users in relevant business environment with access to all necessary applications. The development and continuous improvement of ICT Marketplace provides customers with new features on the existing services and new services that are available with a mouse click. Customers can also try HT's cloud services that are available on ICT Marketplace, free of charge, within a 30-day trial period.

Mr. Norbert Hentges, Member of the Management Board of Hrvatski Telekom and COO, was one of the speakers who opened the Conference.
