Hrvatski Telekom has presented today new Travel&Surf options which offer unlimited Internet surfing to residential customers while abroad, at the price of HRK 150 a week, including 100 MB data traffic at maximum speed. Apart from the EU countries, the megabytes included in all options can also be used in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Serbia.
The new Travel & Surf options make it possible for customers to surf the Internet while abroad at exceptionally favorable prices and they are available to all residential and prepaid customers of Hrvatski Telekom. Depending on travel duration, they can choose whether they want the option to be activated for one, three or seven days.
“Reduction of roaming prices and new data options in roaming will make it possible for our customers to communicate freely throughout Europe. When it comes to traveling to a foreign country, Internet access is very important for customers because they can find all necessary information to enjoy their vacation and explore the new city. With the new options they can communicate without borders in more than thirty European countries, regardless of which operator's network they are connected to”, said Carsten Filthuth, Director of the Proposition Management Mobile Department of Hrvatski Telekom.
The best choice for customers traveling for one day is the new Travel & Surf S option which includes 24 hours of Internet surfing from the moment of activation or until 10 MB data traffic has been used up, at the price of HRK 20. Once the option expires or the customer has used up all megabytes included in the option, the customer will be notified thereof immediately and have the possibility to activate a new option. The Travel & Surf M option is valid for three days after activation or until 50 MB data traffic has been used up. It is best suited for customers who travel to EU countries, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia on weekends, and it is available at the price of HRK 75. The Travel & Surf L option, which is valid for seven days at the price of HRK 150, includes unlimited data traffic in all EU countries, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. Within the Travel & Surf L option customers can use 100 MB data traffic at maximum available speed, and after 100 MB data traffic has been used up, the data transmission speed will be slowed down to 64 kbps at maximum.
The options can be activated very easily by calling the number *136#, sending an SMS with the content “A” to 3636 or at www.hrvatskitelekom.hr.
