In QUDAL's recent research, users of telecommunications services gave top ratings to Hrvatski Telekom as best mobile operator on the market and best provider of services to business customers. In addition, users have recognized HT as being the best in as many as eleven categories.
Rated best on the market by residential customers are HT's new generation digital television services and mobile and fixed network telephony and Internet services. Highest scores also went to HT's offer of handsets from the postpaid service. Business customers say that HT offers top quality for companies and business customers. HT not only got the most votes of respondents in this umbrella business-telecommunications category, but was also acknowledged as best in the Provider of Internet access to Business Customers category and best in the Provider of Fast Internet Access Services category.
Categories in which customers gave highest scores to Hrvatski Telekom:
1) Mobile Operator – Provider of telecommunications services for mobile devices
2) Provider of mobile Internet access services in general
3) Provider of fast fixed Internet access services
4) Provider of postpaid mobile Internet access services
5) Offer of handsets in postpaid mobile services
6) Provider of digital television services (access to various TV channels by digital / satellite / cable link)
7) Fixed telephony services for residential customers
8) Voucher-based mobile services for residential customers
9) Provider of services to business customers
10) Provider of Internet access services to business customers and companies
11) Provider of fast Internet access service.
The QUDAL - QUality meDAL and - BUSINESS QUDAL - QUality meDAL certification system measures exclusively the experience, opinion and perception of respondents on the quality of offered goods and services on the Croatian market. Research is conducted by asking open type questions – no answers are offered. In this research, an absolute majority of respondents replied to this type of questions by stating the names of services offered by Hrvatski Telekom.
Research was conducted on a total of 1.200 respondents – Croatian citizens – over the age of 15 and on the same number of business persons: company owners, Management Board Members, Directors, Managers etc. Hrvatski Telekom took the top position in as many as 11 out of 16 possible telecom categories.
