Hrvatski Telekom zaključio preuzimanje društva PRO-PING d.o.o.
Hrvatski Telekom, upon receiving all required regulatory approvals, signed the Share Transfer Agreement today, thereby completing the acquisition of PRO-PING d.o.o.
In April 2026, Hrvatski Telekom announced that it had signed a Share Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares in PRO-PING d.o.o., a regional broadband service provider. Completion of the transaction was subject to obtaining the required regulatory approvals, which have now been received.
Nataša Rapaić, President of the Management Board of Hrvatski Telekom, said:

The completion of the transaction does not result in any changes for PRO-PING's customers, who will continue using the company's services under their existing terms and conditions. Customers will be informed at the right time of any potential future changes.
Headquartered in Pitomača, PRO-PING was established in 2010 and provides broadband services through its fiber-optic and wireless network, with a particular focus on rural and less urban areas in the Virovitica-Podravina, Koprivnica-Križevci, Bjelovar-Bilogora, Brod-Posavina, Požega-Slavonia, and Osijek-Baranja counties.
As of 31 December 2025, PRO-PING served approximately 17,000 customers and employed seventeen people. The company generated revenue of EUR 3.5 million in 2025.
