Hrvatski Telekom maintained its growth trajectory in H1 2026, delivering 2.6% YoY revenue growth, supported by continued service revenue growth and strong performance in the System Solutions business.

Adjusted EBITDA AL increased by 3.0% YoY, reflecting top-line expansion, disciplined cost management and ongoing transformation initiatives.

Net profit after non-controlling interests reached EUR 65.8 million, reflecting improved operating performance and materially lower exceptional items compared to H1 2025.

Market-leading investments reached EUR 131.9 million, up 12.8% YoY, underscoring HT's continued commitment to expanding state-of-the-art fiber and mobile infrastructure across Croatia, while strengthening the foundation for sustainable growth.

Strengthened network and CX leadership

During H1 2026, Hrvatski Telekom maintained strong momentum in expanding the largest FTTH network in Croatia, increasing its footprint by an additional 16% year-on-year in households and businesses covered. Together with continuous improvements in fixed and mobile network performance, these investments continue to narrow the digital divide, providing the digital infrastructure that underpins economic and social progress while enabling a best-in-class customer experience.

The quality of Hrvatski Telekom's mobile network was once again independently recognised through HAKOM's mobile network quality measurement, where the Company ranked as Croatia's best mobile network for the 4th consecutive year. This achievement confirms the Group's continued investment in network infrastructure, innovation and customer experience, delivering consistently high-quality mobile services across Croatia.

Advancing the ESG agenda

Hrvatski Telekom achieved an “A” rating under the LSEG ESG Score methodology, an independent assessment of companies' environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance and the quality of their public ESG disclosures. The rating reflects the Group's continued commitment to responsible business practices, transparency and sustainable value creation.

Acquisition of PRO-PING d.o.o.

In Q2 2026, Hrvatski Telekom signed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire 100% of PRO-PING d.o.o., a regional broadband provider. Completion of the transaction remains subject to appropriate regulatory approval and is expected in the second half of 2026.

The acquisition supports the Group's long-term network development strategy by expanding fiber infrastructure in Croatia. Upon completion, it is expected to further enhance the Group's ability to deliver high-quality connectivity services and support future growth.

Attractive shareholders returns

In Q2 2026 the General Assembly of Hrvatski Telekom approved a dividend of EUR 1.69 per share for FY 2025 representing a payout ratio of 92.8% of the Company's realized profit and a dividend yield of 4.2%. The dividend was distributed in July 2026, directly benefiting nearly 146,000 shareholders, including private individuals and institutional investors.

Unchanged outlook for 2026

Despite the still-volatile environment, Hrvatski Telekom expects to maintain its growth trajectory in 2026, with both revenue and Adjusted EBITDA AL projected to grow at a low single-digit rate. CAPEX AL is expected to decline moderately, at a low single-digit rate. The company’s stance on regional expansion remains unchanged, as it continues to diligently assess potential M&A opportunities.

Our market-leading investments reached EUR 131.9 million, as we continued to expand our gigabit fiber and 5G networks across Croatia, strengthen our data center infrastructure, increase the resilience of our core systems and provide the best customer experience. Beyond connectivity, these investments are strengthening the digital foundation needed for broader AI adoption. At the same time, through the AIMO! initiative, we are expanding access to AI education and relevant tools for individuals and businesses.

The quality of our network was once again recognized, with HAKOM confirming for the fourth consecutive year that Hrvatski Telekom has the best mobile network in Croatia.
