Hrvatski Telekom launches Croatia’s first online platform for purchasing digital gift vouchers

Hrvatski Telekom has launched Croatia’s first online platform that enables simple, fast, and personalized purchasing and sending of digital gift vouchers from well-known global and local brands. The platform is available within the popular Magenta Moments benefits program in the Moj Telekom mobile app. It can be accessed free of charge by all users, regardless of their mobile network.
Users can select their preferred gift voucher and its value, add a personal message and a photo or video, and schedule delivery for a specific date. If they wish, they can also use an AI assistant for inspiration when writing their greeting message. The gift voucher is delivered instantly to the recipient via email and SMS, making this service an ideal solution for both planned occasions and last-minute gifts.
Currently available gift vouchers include those from global brands such as Zalando, IKEA, Decathlon, Intersport, Airbnb, and others. The offer will soon be expanded to include gift cards from leading Croatian brands, after which it will continue to grow with new partners gradually.
Users of the Magenta Moments program, which already has more than 500,000 users in Croatia, can also benefit from an additional feature that allows them to occasionally redeem collected ‘hearts’ for discounts on selected gift vouchers. ‘Hearts’ can already be redeemed for discounts on gift cards from Zalando and IKEA, with limited quantities available.

In addition to purchasing digital gift vouchers, users can also enjoy a range of other benefits through the Magenta Moments program, including exclusive discounts and free offers, as well as participation in prize draws across categories such as food and beverages, entertainment, shopping, and travel. The program is currently available in ten European markets and has more than nine million members.
