Hrvatski Telekom's portfolio now features the newest models: the T Phone 3 and T Tablet 2. The smartphone is a powerful and versatile device offered at an unbeatable price. The tablet, with its large size and TCL NXTPAPER display technology featuring three modes (Ink paper, Color paper, and Standard mode), is ideal for eye protection while enabling high productivity and creative activities like reading, learning, working, or drawing.

These devices impress with fast performance thanks to a new chipset and reduced charging time. Through a partnership with Picsart, users can create AI avatars and easily edit photo backgrounds, like removing unwanted objects or turning a selfie into a Paris scene, for example. An additional bonus is their sustainability features: T Phone 3 is labeled #GreenMagenta and has an excellent score of 90/100 on the Eco Rating scale for smartphones. The T Tablet 2 contains 75% recycled plastics on the back, which is an outstanding example of the circular economy.

Smartphone prices start at €3.99/24 months on the hrvatskitelekom.hr webshop or in the Moj Telekom app with an UnlimitedGB plan, up to €248 for prepaid users. The tablet will be available for €6.49/24 months or €299 for prepaid users, with the price including a book cover. What sets these devices apart is that the price includes an 18-month Perplexity Pro license (worth €360) and ongoing free-of-charge use of the Perplexity Assistant. An extra benefit, exclusive to the smartphone, is a 3-month Picsart Pro license and an additional 500 monthly credits (a total value of €155).

A T-Pen stylus can also be purchased separately for €29.99 for the tablet.

With this valuable offer, Hrvatski Telekom and Deutsche Telekom are opening the doors to the world of artificial intelligence (AI) for their users, all for a unique price. Thanks to this, AI becomes accessible to everyone, not just tech enthusiasts. Deutsche Telekom believes AI is an opportunity for all.

How does AI help in many everyday situations? What should we cook today? I have a few ingredients, but no recipe. My child wants to hear a bedtime story, and I'm out of inspiration. Where is my favorite band performing? Why are my plants wilting again? And how can I stay in shape when I barely have time to exercise?

This is where the Perplexity Assistant, your integrated AI companion, steps in. With just one press of the magenta button, users get answers to all sorts of questions, making this device a practical helper in everyday life. Here are some examples:

  • Personal assistant enters events into your calendar, writes emails, and summarizes lengthy content
  • Language genius helps with translating documents or conversations
  • Exclusive travel agency plans trips, offers city guides, books restaurants via OpenTable, orders an Uber
  • Nutritionist and trainer gives cooking tips, lists ingredients, and creates diet and workout plans
  • Shopping expert finds fashion accessories, recommends suitable gifts, and locates the best deals
  • Entertainer finds the best concerts, books, and movies to match the user's taste
  • Tutor solves math problems, explains complex topics step-by-step in a simple way

The versatile AI assistant provides information on demand, recognizes content on the screen, and identifies objects in front of the camera. Everything is within reach. With a double press of the power button or a press of the magenta button on the lock screen, the assistant is ready to use. Questions can be asked by voice or text, in any language. In addition to online searches, the assistant performs various tasks (such as making calendar entries, sending messages, calls, navigation, and videos) through an interface with pre-installed apps.

"Together with our trusted partners, we are bringing the AI smartphone to people across Europe. It makes everyday tasks easier and quickly finds reliable information, saving users time and energy. This allows them to focus on what truly matters, their ideas, creativity, and personal approach," commented Dominique Leroy, Member of the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom for Europe.

According to IDC estimates, 912 million smartphones with generative AI capabilities will be shipped by 2028, with an annual growth rate of 78.4% (2024–2028); it is predicted that by 2028, generative AI phones will account for as much as 70% of the market. Canalys predicts such growth due to the increasing demand from users for AI features, driven by the development of chipset technologies. The most desirable AI features among European users currently include real-time translation, advanced camera functionality, and "circle to search", all functions available on Deutsche Telekom's AI smartphone.

The AI smartphone and AI tablet can be purchased starting today, August 14, 2025, in T-Centers and at even better prices via the online store hrvatskitelekom.hr or the Moj Telekom app. As of today, these advanced devices are available, in addition to Croatia, in Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, and Slovakia.
