HNL matches on MAXtv until 2031

The Executive Board of the Croatian Football Federation (HNS) has officially accepted today the offer from Hrvatski Telekom for the television rights owned by HNS for the next five years. The total value of the contract amounts to €49.2 million, which also includes dedicated investments by Hrvatski Telekom in pitch and stadium infrastructure.

Hrvatski Telekom thus acquires the exclusive rights to broadcast the competitions under the authority of the Croatian Football Association, starting with the 2026/2027 season and ending with the 2030/2031 season. All matches of the top tier of the HNL will be broadcast exclusively on MAXSport channels. Hrvatski Telekom will continue to hold exclusive rights to the following competitions: the top tier of the HNL, First League (second tier), Croatian Football Cup, Supercup, First Futsal League, Futsal Cup, Women’s First HNL, Women’s Cup Final, as well as matches of the national teams: men’s U-21, U-19, U-18, U-17, U-15, men’s futsal national team, and the women’s A national team and futsal national team.

“Hrvatski Telekom has been a long-standing partner of Croatian football at both the national and club levels. We are pleased to continue our cooperation with the Croatian Football Federation and to provide not only high-quality partnership support to Croatian clubs and football competitions, but also to create content that viewers can enjoy together. Over the past three years, we have raised the quality of content and domestic football broadcasts to a higher level. We will continue to do so season after season, in terms of match broadcasts, shows, and analyses, to allow those who are not at the stadiums to feel the energy and emotion as if they were right by the pitch,” said Nataša Rapaić, President of the Management Board of Hrvatski Telekom.

“Hrvatski Telekom and SuperSport have proven to be very reliable, constructive, and dedicated partners with whom we have significantly improved our competitions, and we will continue to work in this direction. I am especially pleased that, as part of this agreement, we have already planned investments in pitches and stadium infrastructure, which we all see as the area with the greatest potential for progress,” said Marijan Kustić, President of the Croatian Football Federation.

Since the start of the 2022/23 season, Hrvatski Telekom has held the television rights for matches owned by the Croatian Football Federation, which also covers the 2025 season.
