Hrvatski Telekom, the leading provider of telecommunications services on the market, has offered to its customers EXTRA Family tariffs – completely new tariffs tailor-made for a Croatian family which actively uses mobile services.
EXTRA Family is a unique service on the market that, along with unlimited calls at 0 HRK/min between members (call establishment fee amounts to HRK 0.25), offers, as part of the monthly fee, unlimited connections to the dearest ones by means of mobile Internet. EXTRA Family members can – regardless of where they are – send mails (with photos or other uploaded materials), use social networks, etc. by means of their mobile phones without any worries or fears of large costs.
EXTRA Family tariff can include up to seven family members – four subscriber numbers and up to three numbers topped up through vouchers. All subscribers of EXTRA Family share calls and SMS messages, where consumption is disclosed on one, common invoice. Members who use vouchers to top up their accounts automatically receive HRK 50 to their account each month and if they use this amount, they can top up their account through vouchers.
Depending on the tariff used by the family, subscribers have different quantities of data traffic at their disposal. After reaching the limit, data transmission is slowed down to 64 kbps, which enables undisturbed further surfing (except for the viewing of video materials).
Following the needs of its customers, who have pointed out that more favorable communication with wider family and friends would be a desirable novelty, HT has provided EXTRA Family tariff users with up to 650 minutes and 700 SMS messages that may be used towards numbers outside T-Mobile network.
An additional benefit for families, particularly for parents, is the service Call Extra, owing to which children can call them even if they do not have any money on their prepaid account. Call Extra is automatically activated free of charge for all users of EXTRA Family tariffs who top up their accounts through vouchers. The use of this service is free of charge as well.
