Hrvatski Telekom, today received yet another network quality award. After earlier in the year receiving several awards for best mobile network in Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom received also the umlaut award for the fixed broadband service
This award comes as a result of 764,172 performance samples gathered over the period of six months, between April and September 2021 all fixed broadband networks and service providers in Croatia. It reflects the real user experience of over 10,000 lines tested in the categories: download speed, upload speed and latency with Hrvatski Telekom achieving the highest overall score among all providers in the market. By winning the ‘Best in test’ award Hrvatski Telekom not only confirmed but strengthened further its market leadership status.

Hrvatski Telekom, as part of its investment strategy, continues focusing on building its fiber-optic infrastructure by expanding further the fixed network with FTTH covering more than 435,000 households, and being well on track to have a second straight record roll-out year.
As the de-facto industry standard, umlaut‘s benchmarking methodology focuses on customer-perceived network quality and covers a wide range of mobile and fixed broadband services.
