Ivana Šoljan, Member of the T-HT Management Board and Chief Executive of T-Com, is leaving T-Hrvatski Telekom at her own request effective from 1 October 2008. After six years with the company, Ivana Šoljan has resigned to take up a new professional challenge, a senior position in the tourist sector, with a global investment fund .
At its session held on 2 September 2008 the Supervisory Board of T-Hrvatski Telekom appointed Irena Jolić Šimović, current Member of the Management Board and Chief Human Resources Officer, a Member of the Management Board and Chief Executive of T-Com. At the same session Branka Skaramuča was appointed a Member of the Management Board and Chief Human Resources Officer; she will also remain Member of the Management Board and Chief Human Resources Officer of T-Mobile, which will result in the merging of the Chief Human Resources Officer function at the Group level. Both appointments will enter into force on 1 October 2008.

Ivana Šoljan was appointed a Member of the T-HT Management Board and Chief Executive On-line in 2002. After the restructuring of T-HT in 2005, she was appointed a Member of the Management Board and Chief Executive Fixed and Broadband of T-HT, i.e. Chief Executive of T-Com. Along with strong penetration of ADSL, her term of office was also strongly marked by the introduction of MAXtv, Internet television, as the most advanced telecommunications service in the Croatian market, which today has more than 70,000 users.
Irena Jolić Šimović graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb and finished her MBA studies with IEDC in Bled. Prior to joining Hrvatske telekomunikacije she held managerial positions with Croatian Radio and Television and with state administration. She has worked with T-HT since 1998. In 2006 she was appointed a Member of the Management Board and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to her appointment she held the position of Executive Director for Corporate Strategy and Business Development.
Branka Skaramuča graduated psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zagreb. Her career started in 1985 with PLIVA, where she worked until 2002 in leading managerial positions in the area of human resources and marketing. Among other things, she also held the position of Director of Global Human Resources of PLIVA. In 2002 she was appointed a Member of the Management Board and Chief Human Resources Officer of T-HT and in 2004 she became a Member of the Management Board and Chief Human Resources Officer of T-Mobile.
