Hrvatski Telekom customers who have activated Roadside Assistance option for Croatia or the entire European Union can also use the innovative app Travel Angel (Putni Anđeo) that transforms the smartphone into a personal safety device at no additional charge.
Travel Angel (Putni Anđeo) is a free app intended for processing and analysing your driving data, and in the event of a traffic collision, it instantly activates an automatic call towards ORYX Group Call Centre. Call Centre agents can hence, based on the data obtained, contact the customer or emergency services in order to organise assistance.
Roadside Assistance service, also provided by ORYX Group, in addition to Travel Angel (Putni Anđeo), is now available for prepaid customers and subscribers of Hrvatski Telekom. Upon its activation, customers become entitled to vehicle repair services throughout Croatia or the entire EU in the event of a traffic collision, negligent handling, technical failure, or external causes. The option includes the provision of services worth up to HRK 1,500 comprising of unlocking the accidentally locked vehicle, wheel replacement, tyre fitting, replacement of the battery, safety valves, spark plugs, and other easily replaceable spare parts. Moreover, the option includes also vehicle towing worth up to HRK 2,500, as well as vehicle delivery after repair worth up to HRK 100 and vehicle safekeeping up to two days.
Roadside Assistance service, including Travel Angel (Putni Anđeo), can be activated through Moj Telekom Portal, by sending a text message with the content that reads PNC and entering the telephone number 13636, as well as in T-Centres and at T-partner points of sale and by dialling 0800 9000. All Roadside Assistance services are available 48 hours after the receipt of a text message of service activation. Roadside Assistance service is available for one month after which it can either be deactivated or it will be automatically renewed. The fee for Croatia is HRK 19 or HRK 33 for Europe.
