Increased number of team members - up to seven family members and friends talk free within Flex Family

Two months after the successful launching of Flex Family tariff packages, starting from today T-Mobile provided this popular service for all Simpa users. More precisely, all Simpa users who join their Flex Family as of today will be able to talk free of charge with their family members and friends. The benefit of this extended family tariff package is the additional number of connections. Starting from today, Flex Family includes up to seven members. Earlier, the benefit of free talks within Flex Family was available only to four members. Simpa users, who join their Flex Family during the promotional period until September 30, will not be paying any connection fee. The fee will amount to HRK 10.00 per one Simpa number after the end of the promotional period.
Parents, as holders of the Flex Family account, will be able to control additionally costs made by their children since, by joining Flex Family they can remain Simpa users. After the end of the promotional period, the contract holder will automatically make payment from his/her package to the account of every Simpa user in the amount of HRK 50. Besides planning costs of mobile phoning for the entire family, integration of all mobile connections on one account provides users with simplicity, less paperwork and administration and eventually better management of sources they plan to spend for mobile communication. Every Flex Family tariff package provides a particular number of connections. The tariff package Flex Family 300 includes up to two Simpa users and two subscribers, while Flex Family 500 may include three Simpa users and three subscribers. Flex Family 700 enables free calls between three Simpa users and four subscribers. Note that Flex Family users include family members and friends in one package (by combining up to seven numbers, or up to three Simpa users and four T-Mobile subscribers) and they can talk with them at HRK 0 per minute (with HRK 0.25 charge for call origination). Within Flex Family, it is also possible to combine numbers from other networks if users transfer them to T-Mobile network by means of number portability service. Besides keeping the current numbers, such a concept provided subscribers with more favorable call to other networks, since in higher tariffs of Flex Family (300, 500 and 700) call prices are more favorable in general.
"By such an upgrade of innovative services, T-Mobile continues to respond successfully to users' demand which the increasing number Flex Family users confirms day in day out. Results of independent research showed that even 41 percent of Croatian homes have more than one T-Mobile connection. This together with the users' demand that besides subscribers Simpa users also become Flex Family members, were a clear message to us to continue with the upgrade of Flex Family tariff packages according to customers' wishes," emphasized Mr. Johan Buse, member of the Management Board of T-Mobile responsible for marketing. Business users or, more precisely, users of exceptionally well-accepted Flex Team tariff packages, which until recently provided free calls for up to nine employees, will be able to expand this to 12 team members starting from today. This will enable free calls for seasonal workers, family members and all who have need free calls from time to time.
