Small Scene Theatre Festival
Within its KulTurist project T-Com also a sponsor of the 14th International Small Scene Theatre Festival in Rijeka which takes place from 29th of April do 6th of May 2007
It is one of the most relevant theatre festivals in Croatia, whose significance owing to interesting selection of performances and themes outgrows local borders.
Festival will host ten shows coming from seven European countries - Croatia, Italy, Serbia, Hungary, Latvia, Slovenia, and Finland. As pointed out by the director of the Festival, Nenad Šegvić at the press conference, time of the performance of Katona József Theatre, Budapest – Hungary "Rattled and disappeared” which will be on Wednesday, the 2nd of May at 20,30 in Marganovo (former Paper factory), and not as officially announced in the coffee shop of Neboder hotel.
Members of the Festival jury this year are, Voja Brajovic, drama actor, Belgrade, Helena Buljan, drama actress, Zagreb, Meta Hocevar, director and set designer, Ljubljana, Vili Matula, drama actor, Zagreb, and Željka Turcinovic, dramaturge, Zagreb. Name of the award for best set named after “Dorian Sokolić”.
The award “Mediteran” of media sponsor of the Festival, Novi list for best actor/actress will be awarded by a three-member jury of Novi list: Zlatko Zubanović Likarić (journalist/editor), Miljenko Marin (journalist/editor) and Svjetlana Hribar (journalist/editor).
Round table moderators will be Tajana Gašparović, dramaturge (Rijeka/Zagreb) and Matko Botić, dramaturge from Rijeka, with the festival selector Hrvoje Ivanković. After each play audiences will give their grades and average success will be published . After the last vote the audience will give the award “Dalibor Foretić” this year also named by the main sponsor: T-Com Kulturist the audience award “Dalibor Foretić”.
