e-Invoice and Web Bill
Make paying bills easier, don't heap up paper invoices in drawers, do something good for your environment too: e- Invoice let's you do it all!
It is generally known that paper is a precious and valuable raw material, but what do we do to use it rationally and to reduce its use? For example, one million invoices are being printed in Croatia every month; one 15 to 20 year old tree will give us cellulose for just 2000 paper invoices!
In order to facilitate payment of bills for our customers and at the same time to reduce operating and billing costs and to contribute to the preservation of our environment, from the end of 2009 on, delivery of T-Com bills for Halo, ISDN and Internet customers by e-mail will be available. This way our customers, if they opt for the e- Invoice, will save time and contribute to the preservation of natural resources.
What is the e-Invoice?
e-Invoices are digitally signed and certified (pursuant to the Electronic Document Act). For issuance of a T-Com bill, a certificate was obtained at FINA, the only institution in the Republic of Croatia authorized to issue digital certificates. In terms of content and visuals, the layout of the e-Invoice does not differ from the bills printed and sent by mail, and they are sent as e-mail attachment.
Benefits of the e-Invoice:
- Can be saved to the computer in digital form
- Safe, digitally signed PDF document sent by e-mail
- Suitable for payments in Internet Banking
- Ideal for customers who pay their bills by standing order
- No fear of loss of bills, as they do not come as hardcopies any more
- Less paper will benefit ecology
- Looks identical to the hardcopy, however, does not contain the payment document (HUB 1-1 Form)
- By activation of the e-Invoice, the customer may view the bill and itemized list of calls by registering to "Moj T"under the heading "Moji računi"
How to activate the e-Invoice?
- Register to Moj Telekom Portal (on Croatian only)
- Click the heading "Moji račun" and request your e-Invoice
For successful activation, Adobe Reader needs to be installed to open the digitally signed document in the PDF format. Also, please keep the number of your T-Com bill at hand, and the e-mail address to which you wish to receive your bill. Please note that the e-mail address is not limited to the T-Com address, but the customers may specify addresses such as @gmail.com, @net.hr, @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com etc. for receipt if their bill. Customers may change the type of bill and e-mail address for receipt of the bill for an indefinite number of times; a change of delivery type will apply from the bill covering the month in which the request was made.
Also, it should be noted that the itemized list of calls cannot be e-mailed; e-Invoice customers may view itemized bills only by registering to the WebBill service.
What is the WebBill service?
WebBill is a free of charge T-Com service available to all residential and SME business customers. In addition to the ecological benefits in form of reduced paper consumptions, the service will offer the following benefits:
- Viewing of monthly bills
- Detailed listing of monthly calls (for the last three months);
- List of calls in the current month (up to the last 24 hours);
- Indication of consumed calls included in the monthly fee.
To register to the WebBill service, you need data from the T-Com bill (customer ID and invoice number) as well as the citizen identification number; the customer may complete the registration himself on the Internet. During registration, the customer will pick a user name for access to the WebBill service, while the password will be mailed to him to the address used for receipt of the T-Com bill. Upon registration, the bill will be automatically activated within WebBill.
