Benjamin Zander
Benjamin Zander has been the conductor of the Boston Philharmonic for thirty years. He has been a faculty member at the New England Conservatory since 1965 and has taken the NEC Youth Philharmonic on 13 international tours. Furthermore, he is the Artistic Director of the music program at Walnut Hill, a High School for the Performing Arts in Boston. Mr. Zander is one of the most sought-after speakers in the world because of his highly effective presentations to various organizations on the subject of leadership and creativity. He has been has been Professoriled on CNN, 60 Minutes and the BBC, and in the New York Times, the London Times and the Wall Street Journal. In 2002 he was the recipient of the United Nations 'Caring Citizen of the Humanities Award'.
