The share capital of Hrvatski Telekom d.d. (T-Hrvatski Telekom) consists of 81,888,535 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of HRK 100. 

Deutsche Telekom is the majority shareholder with a 51% holding. The Croatian War Veterans’ Fund owns 7% with the Government of the Republic of Croatia holding 3.5%. Institutional and private investors own the remaining 38.5%.

The shares of T-Hrvatski Telekom are included in depository services of the Central Depository & Clearing Company as of 12 July 2002.
