Biographies of candidates for membership in
T-HT Supervisory Board

Mr. Guido Kerkhoff, recently appointed member of the Management Board of Deutsche Telekom AG responsible for the business in South Eastern Europe, has a successful professional career in international accounting, controlling and taxation.
Within Deutsche Telekom Group he is also a member of the Supervisory Board of T-Systems GmbH, member of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Shop Vertriebsgesellshaft GmbH, member of the Supervisory Board of T-Venture Holding GmbH, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Telekom Accounting GmbH and member of the Supervisory Board of T-Mobile International AG.
Since 2002 he works in Deutsche Telekom AG on the management positions within planning, accounting and controlling of the Group. He graduated business administration and published several professional papers in the area of accounting and international financial reporting standards. He is a member of the prominent working groups in his professional area.

Mr. Steffen Roehn,chief information officer and a member of the Executive Committee of T-Mobile International AG, member of the Management Board of T-Mobile Germany GmbH, and a member of the Supervisory Board of Magyar Telekom Nyrt, started his career as assistant at the Physics Institute, University of Mainz and CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, Geneva. Before joining T-Mobile Deutschland GmbH, in 2000 he worked on managerial positions in Gemini Consulting, Credit Suisse and Diebold Management Consulting. Since 2000 he works in T-Mobile companies of the DT Group on managerial positions responsible for IT and information systems in Europe.
Mr. Steffen Roehn holds a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Mainz and the European Organization for Nuclear Research.
