What is the proposal for dividend from the net profit realized in 2007? What is the amount of dividend per each share?
The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of HT-Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. propose that a part of the net profit from 2007 in the amount of HRK 2,420,625,094.60 be earmarked for payment of dividend to the shareholders proportionately to the number of their shares, which amounts to HRK 29.56 per share.

When will the final decision on dividend be passed, i.e. when is the General Assembly of the company HT-Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. scheduled to take place?
The General Assembly of the Company has been convened for 21 April 2008 and it will pass a final decision based on the above proposal.

What is the dividend record date? What is the last date for purchase of share in order to obtain the right to dividend?
The dividend will be paid to all shareholders recorded as such in the Depositary of the Central Depositary Agency as at the day of General Assembly session, i.e. on 21 April 2008.
Considering the fact that the whole clearance and settlement procedure and registration with the CDA lasts three working days, the last date for purchase of shares at the Zagreb Stock Exchange will be Wednesday, 16 April 2008, so that shareholders can be registered in the Depositary of the CDA on 21 April 2008.
Shareholders who have already sold or will sell their shares until 16 April 2008 inclusive will not be entitled to dividend payment. Shareholders who sell their shares after 17 April 2008 (including the latter date) will retain the right to dividend payment.

Is attendance at the General Assembly mandatory? Is attendance at the General Assembly a requirement for receipt of dividend?
Attendance at the General Assembly is neither mandatory nor a requirement for obtaining the right to dividend.
Dividend will be paid out to shareholders registered as shareholders in the Central Depositary Agency on the day of General Assembly session convened for 21 April 2008.

Can the right to dividend be obtained if shares purchased within IPO are not registered with brokers in order to acquire a bonus share after a one-year period?
As for the preferential terms from the IPO and the right to acquire a bonus share one year after the IPO date, it should be mentioned that the right to dividend is obtained regardless whether registration was carried out with a broker, while observing the above mentioned criteria.

Is the right to dividend also obtained for shares acquired after the IPO?
The right to dividend is obtained for shares purchased within the IPO and for shares acquired after the IPO, while observing the above mentioned criteria.

When will dividend be paid out?
Dividend will be paid, pursuant to the proposal sent to the Assembly, on 19 May 2008.

I hold T-HT's shares, what am I supposed to do to get the dividend? How is dividend paid out?
Dividend is paid through the CDA. All shareholders should check their data after they have received invitation from the CDA. If their data are correct, no additional activities will be required. The dividend will be paid out in the manner as specified by every shareholder during purchase of shares. The CDA should be directly notified if there are any changes via the delivered form.
