Management Board changes

( Dec 17, 2009 ) T-Hrvatski Telekom announces that the Supervisory Board of HT-Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. (HT d.d.) has agreed Management Board changes as part of the reorganisation of the Company and creation of Residential and Business units following the merger of T-Mobile Hrvatska d.o.o. and HT d.d., which is expected to be completed by the end of 2009.

Agreement with unions signed for 2010

( Nov 24, 2009 ) The Management Board of HT-Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d., has today signed a Social Partnership Agreement for 2010 with the Croatian Telecommunications Trade Union (HST) and Republic Trade Union of Croatian Workers (RSRH).

Parliament approves new fee for mobile services

( Jul 30, 2009 ) T-Hrvatski Telekom, Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, announces an update on legislation passed today by the Croatian Parliament.
As indicated earlier today in T-HT’s statement on results for the first six months of 2009, the Croatian Government has proposed new taxes and fees, including a fee on mobile services, in response to the economic crisis in Croatia.
