MAXtv reaches 100 000 customers – up 40% since June
( October 24, 2008 ) T-Hrvatski Telekom, Croatia’s leading telecommunications services provider, has signed up more than 100,000 customers for its interactive digital television service MAXtv - a 40% increase in subscribers since the end of June this year.
Continuing headcount reduction
( October 17, 2008 ) T-Hrvatski Telekom, Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, announces that as part of its continuing cost reduction program, the Group will reduce its headcount by 216 staff, following an agreement with the Workers’ Council.

Croatian Government transfers bonus shares

T-HT finds legal action by City of Zagreb without merit
( September 19, 2008 ) T-Hrvatski Telekom, Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, announces that a legal action has been filed against the Company by the City of Zagreb, claiming ownership of the distribution telecommunications infrastructure (DTI) in the area of the City of Zagreb and seeking compensation of HRK 120 million (€16.9 million) plus statutory interest.
