( Mar 5, 2010 ) HT-Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d., Zagreb, Savska cesta 32 (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby notify that on 4th March 2010, Mr. Stanko Sraga from Zagreb, insider, President of the Worker’s Council of HT d.d., disposed 100 ordinary shares, ZSE trading symbol HT-R-A, at a price of HRK 308.00, representing 0.0001221% of Company’s issued share capital.

After disposition, Mr. Stanko Sraga holds in the Company 800 ordinary shares in total representing 0.0009769% of the Company’s issued share capital and the same percentage of votes at the General Assembly of the Company.
