Notification of Director’s dealings

( Jun 4, 2008 )HT-Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d., Zagreb, Savska cesta 32 (hereinafter referred to as the  Company) hereby notify that on 3rd June 2008, Ms. Branka Skaramuča, Member of the Management Board and CHRO of T-Mobile Hrvatska d.o.o.,  disposed  63 ordinary shares, ZSE trading symbol HT-R-A, at an average price of 288,59 HRK,  representing 0,0000769 % of Company’s issued share capital. 

After disposition, Ms. Branka Skaramuča is no longer in possession of any of the Company’s shares.
