Sales 20 to 23 per cent of T-HT shares

( Sep 03, 2007 ) On June 15, the Croatian Government passed a decision on the sales of minimum 20, and maximum of 23 per cent of the shares of HT Hrvatske telekomunikacije through IPO, which, according to the announcements of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government, Damir Polančec, should probably take place in September this year. At least 16.377.707, and at the most 18.834.363 of ordinary shares of HT should be offered, in nominal amount of 100 HRK each on the Zagreb and London stock exchanges.

Deputy Prime Minister Polančec explained the appearance on both stock exchanges as a wish to avoid possible major fluctuations of price of the HT On the same day, the 5th October 2007, we were also informed by Mr. Juergen P. Czapran, Member of Management Board of HT – Hrvatske telekomunikacije d. d. shares after listing.
As with the IPO of INA, citizens will have priority in listing for HT shares in the number with total selling price up to 38.000 HRK.
Also for each ten shares registered with the priority right citizens will have right to one additional share, providing that they keep shares bought at special conditions for at least one year.

Prospectus for HT shares is in final phase and when completed it will be sent to the Croatian and British regulatory agencies. After the Government receives their approval, they will decide on the date of the beginning of the IPO, its duration and terms, price bracket of the offer for a share and the date of closing the transaction, said the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government, Polančec.
Selling price will though be determined after the deadlines for submission of book of offers.
Polančec stated that already there is big interest of both citizens and institutional investors for the purchase of HT shares, " and this leads to expectations that the IPO will be very successful". (HINA)
