Notification of Director’s dealings

( Nov 21, 2008 ) HT-Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d., Zagreb, Savska cesta 32 (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby notify that on 20th November 2008, Mr. Ivica Mudrinić, President of the Management Board and CEO, acquired 3000 ordinary shares, ZSE trading symbol HT-R-A, at an average price of 193.20 HRK, representing 0.0036635% of Company’s issued share capital.

After acquisition, Mr. Ivica Mudrinić holds in the Company 4569 ordinary shares in total representing 0.0055795 % of the Company’s issued share capital and the same percentage of votes at the General Assembly of the Company.
