Notification of Director’s dealings

( Apr 7, 2008 ) HHT – Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d., Zagreb, Savska cesta 32 (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby notify that on 4th April 2008, Mr. Marin Pranjić, director of Controlling Production and Services Department, informed us of the disposition of 63 ordinary shares, ZSE trading symbol HT-R-A, at an average price of 316.04 HRK, representing 0.0000769 % of Company’s issued share capital.

After disposition, Mr. Marin Pranjić is no longer in possession of any of the Company’s shares.
